Angel Flight East

Angel Flight East provides free flights for patients in need of medical treatment far from home, as well as other compassionate needs.

Volunteer pilots use their own airplanes and cover all costs of the flight. Families can fly for as long as needed and there is never a charge. To request a flight, please visit the Angel Flight East website.

Miracle Flights

Miracle Flights provides free commercial airline tickets to children and their families who need life-changing medical care not available in their local communities.

  • Pediatric Patients: Ages 17 and under
  • Commercial Flights: Travel on major U.S. airlines
  • Medical Appointment: Travel must be for scheduled medical care
  • 14 Days Advance: Applications must be submitted at least 14 days before departure

Our community partners offer programs designed specifically to support active and retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. These services provide access to essential resources such as food assistance, financial support, and guidance for military-related questions helping ensure those who serve our country receive the care and support they deserve.
